Dr. Rita Felton, a retired Command Chief Master Sergeant with 30 years of distinguished service in the United States Air Force, holds the distinction of being the first woman to attain this position at the 14th Flying Training Wing in Columbus Air Force Base, Mississippi. She is the CEO of  Accentuate Life Ministries and Rita Felton Consulting, LLC, which focus on impacting lives for God’s glory.  Her life purpose is to help people gain the competitive advantage in life and leadership from a biblical perspective. Dr. Felton possesses a diverse skill set, including ordination as a Pastoral Counselor, certifications in Mental Health, Life Coaching, and Leadership.  She is a published author and co-author of several books.  In addition, she serves as the Christian Mission Director for the Lowndes County Young Men's Christian Association, a Civil Service Commissioner and supports numerous local and national philanthropic initiatives. Finally, Dr. Felton enjoys a fulfilling family life with her husband Derk and family.  Her motto is, "Do for one what you want to do for all."
